• Products refers to spare parts, accessories, and other products sold through the Platform.
• Services refers to all features, functions, and services available on the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to agree to this agreement, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.

User Account

To use some features of the Platform, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Life Future is not liable for any losses arising from the unauthorized use of your account.

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• Update your account information if any changes occur.
• Keep your password confidential and contact us immediately if there is any unauthorized access.
• An individual may only have one active account.

Products and Pricing

Life Future strives to display accurate product and pricing information on the Platform. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the Platform are always accurate, complete, or error-free. Life Future reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.

All prices listed on the Platform include Value Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise. Life Future reserves the right to cancel orders if there is a significant pricing error.

Orders and Payments

By placing an order through the Platform, you make an offer to purchase products at the listed price. Life Future reserves the right to accept or reject your order. Order confirmation will be sent via email after the order is processed.

• Payments must be made within the specified time frame after placing an order.
• Life Future accepts various payment methods listed on the Platform.
• Proof of payment must be kept by the buyer for claims or refunds.
• Orders unpaid within the time limit will be automatically canceled.

Delivery

Life Future strives to process and deliver orders within a reasonable time. Delivery time estimates are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. Life Future is not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or courier service disruptions.

Returns and Warranty

Life Future is committed to the quality of every product we distribute. Every product has gone through a quality control process before delivery. Product returns can be made under the following conditions:

• Defective products or those not matching the description can be returned within 7 working days from receipt.
• Products must be in original condition, unused, and include complete packaging and documents.
• Damage caused by installation errors or misuse is not covered by the warranty.
• The refund process will be completed within 7–14 working days after verification.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations is the property of Life Future or its content suppliers and protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws.

You are not allowed to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Platform without written permission from Life Future.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Life Future is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform or our products.

Prohibited Uses

Users are prohibited from using the Platform to:

• Engage in any unlawful purpose or violate applicable regulations.
• Send or transmit content that contains spam, viruses, or malicious code.
• Take actions that may damage, disable, or impair the Platform.
• Collect personal information of other users without permission.
• Impersonate any individual or entity.

Life Future reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any service at any time without prior notice. Life Future shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

Life Future reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be resolved through deliberation for consensus. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be settled through the competent courts in Indonesia.
