Warranty Coverage
Warranty period begins when the product is received by the buyer. Coverage applies to defects proven to be manufacturing-related (not installation errors or misuse).
LCD Display
Dead pixel, lines, no display, touch not functioning (not physical damage)
Cracked glass, impact damage, liquid damage, improper installation
Power Cell Battery
Battery not charging, swelling within 30 days (not physical), loose connector
Swelling due to overcharge, physical damage, incompatible charger use
Body Frame
Inaccurate dimensions, misaligned screw holes, manufacturing defects
Cracks or bends from installation, modification, impact
Accessories (Charger/Cable/TWS/Powerbank)
Not charging, not detected, functional failure within warranty period
Physical damage, broken cable from pulling, water damage
Warranty Claim Procedure
General Terms
- Warranty applies only to products with intact Life Future label or seal
- Warranty void if product has been modified, opened, or repaired by third party
- Maximum warranty claim is 7 days after warranty period ends (special policy)
- Life Future reserves the right to reject claims caused by force majeure
- Replacement is one-to-one, no refund option (unless stock unavailable)
- Shipping cost for replacement covered by Life Future, return shipping by buyer
