• Include the email address or phone number registered to your account.
• Our team will perform an identity verification to ensure the security of your account.
• Once verified, we will process the data deletion within 7-14 working days.

Deletion Exceptions

Please note that Life Future may need to retain certain data despite a deletion request, if required by applicable law, for audit purposes, or to comply with certain contractual obligations (such as financial transaction history for tax reports).

Deletion Confirmation

After your data has been successfully deleted from our systems, you will receive a final confirmation email. Please bear in mind that once deleted, the data cannot be recovered, and you may lose access to certain services requiring that information.
